Regarding dreadlocks, I remember a time when they were a symbol of the Rastafarian religion. Somehow, over the last 20 years or so, they became a fashion statement. I'm not a member of this religion, but if I were, I probably wouldn't be too happy to see a symbol of my lifestyle and worship habits turned into a fashion trend . . .
